for how to create or maintain an effective Worship Ministry.
Therefore, Worship Development.com will evaluate your
church’s unique worship needs and then help to design a
personalized and specific plan to attain the desired
results.
The specific consultation and/or coaching pathway
can be customized to focus on the worship ministry, the
congregation as a whole or individual leaders depending upon
the needs and desires of your church.
Step 1: Initial Phone Consultation (Free)
This is simply a conversation to discuss the initial
basic needs of your church, ministry or leadership
development and to begin gathering the necessary
information for the questionnaire/interview process.
From this, a date will be established for the Two Day
Evaluation.
Step 2: Two Day Evaluation
Brent will come to your Church (usually over a
weekend) and meet with all the pertinent leaders and/or
staff members to conduct a comprehensive interview and
evaluation. The topics covered normally include (but are
not limited to):
• current church/ministry structure • current
leadership flow chart
• worship ministry philosophy • guidelines for
philosophy implementation
Brent will also spend time observing the worship
ministry and service flow. This normally takes place
during the regular Sunday morning service.
During the Two Day Evaluation there is also usually time
for Brent to conduct a theme specific seminar for the
worship team and/or church leadership.
Within two weeks after the Two Day Evaluation visit,
Brent will prepare a report summarizing the information
compiled from the interviews and surveys collected. This
report will also include a recommended and personalized
specific course of action designed to attain the desired
results.
Step 3: Determination of Specific Coaching/Consulting Package
Consulting Packages can be arranged to include some
or all of the following:

coaching relationship helps to insure that your

• 3- month commitment
• 6- month commitment
• 1- year commitment
Each of the coaching components includes an initial
short- term goal setting session (either by phone or
in person) along with a 30- minute coaching call
every other week for the duration of the coaching
option selected.
The 6-month and 1 year coaching options also include
medium and long range goal setting sessions.
